Wisdom in Star Wars

By Steven G. Atkinson | Feb 3, 2008

It’s amazing how a movie can stick with you. For me that movie was Star Wars. The original one that George Lucas produced over 30 years ago in 1977. The one that didn’t have Star Wars:The X X X and long before it was Star Wars:Episode buh buh. Some people may even live by the Quotes of Wisdom from Star Wars. Here are 6 Quotes of Wisdom, one from each of the six Episodes.

Episode I: Yoda: “Fear leads to anger; anger leads to hate; hate leads to suffering.”

Episode II: Anakin Skywalker: “I don’t like sand. It’s coarse, rough, irritating and it gets everywhere”

Episode III: Padmé Amidala “So this is how liberty dies. With thunderous applause.”

Episode IV: Obi-Wan Kenobi: “Who’s the more foolish, the fool, or the fool who follows him?”

Episode V: C3PO: “The city’s central computer told you? R2-D2, you know better than to trust a strange computer.”

Episode VI: Obi-Wan Kenobi: “you’re going to find that many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view.”
