We always roast our coffees by hand and use our sensory skills to monitor the coffee. You will be able to observe the colour change in the coffee and smell the beans at each sensory milestone.<\/p>\n<p>We finish off the session with a mini brewing workshop in our tasting room. At this stage, we will talk about grind sizes, brewing devices and brewing ratios to help you achieve consistently good coffee at home.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have a coffee question that you\u2019ve always wanted to find out the answer to? The team of chimps will be on hand throughout to answer any questions related to coffee.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the session, you will leave with a 250g bag of coffee of your choice. This will can be freshly ground to suit your brew method at home.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure that all students can make the most of the sessions, we have a limited number of spaces per course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>With all course bookings, your ticket or voucher is sent to you via email. No need to wait for the post to arrive &#8211; hurrah!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This course is \u00a340 per person and <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.15em\">is held at our roastery in Rutland.
