Which awards did we win?

Now for the exciting part- the grand reveal! We are thrilled to announce that we received a SILVER award for Hospitality Business of the Year, another SILVER award for Rutland Business of the Year, and a GOLD award for Service Excellence. Go chimps! We are incredibly excited to have been chosen by the judges and can’t believe we now have three more awards to our name!

How did we find out?

Our head chimps, Andy and Laura, got suited and booted before setting off for the Awards Ceremony at Rutland Hall on May 13^th. After some welcome drinks, they found their table and enjoyed a delicious three-course meal. They also got to soak in the sounds of a live singer and chat with other small and medium-sized enterprises from Rutland and Leicestershire.

Then the moment they’d been waiting for finally arrived…the award announcements! They were absolutely gobsmacked when our name was called not once, not twice, but THREE times! Andy and Laura were so excited and couldn’t be prouder of the whole team for putting in so much effort to make this happen. Remember, teamwork truly makes the dream work!

What does this mean?

Winning isn’t everything for us- just being named as finalists made us jump for joy, but we’re especially proud to have won the Service Excellence category. Every single team member is dedicated to this, whether it’s ensuring every coffee is amazing or making sure we meet those special requests. Our customers mean so much to us; we want to show that. It’s the heart and soul of our business!

Having this award under our belt shows potential new customers that they can truly count on us for all their coffee needs. We’re always here to support them and are just a phone call away whenever you need us!

What’s next?

We’re excited to share that winning this category means we’ve secured a spot in the National Finals! We’ll be going head-to-head with the Service Excellence category winners from all over the UK. The final will take place at the QEII Centre in Westminster on Friday, November 7th, and we can’t wait to see what happens!
